I just wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for everything you have done for me throughout this process. You have truly gone above and beyond to help me, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it. This has been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming experience for me, and there were definitely moments when I felt like I didn’t know how everything was going to come together. From start finish everything went perfectly. I would recommend Homestead Road to everyone. There is couple of things to know. They said they would do repairs on the house before putting up for sale. They only cleaned out the property, put it up for sale and didn't do any of the repairs they said they would do. Also, my neighbors told me the lawn has not been cut and they never seen the grass that long before.

I was really grateful for Homestead Road in selling a house to them recently. They gave a fair offer for the condition of the home, the sale was quick, and the details of the sale made it so easy. I am pleased to share my 5 star review of Homestead Road. I was tasked with selling the home my parents bought 48 years ago and the amount of time, effort, and money I would have had to put into repairs, cleaning, and upgrades felt impossible. I had three companies come to the house to talk with me about their as-is buying process and make offers. The offers ranged 59k with the Homestead Road offer being the highest. The entire process was easy and working with Blake was a breeze. He was friendly, responsive, and transparent. There was honestly not a single hiccup throughout the process. I would highly recommend Homestead Road to anyone in a similar situation.

From the receptionist, sorry forgot her name, to Bianca, Devon who took a call from me right before a medical procedure. He set me up with Alex the COO. Alex got the deal on very short notice! All the employees I dealt with were polite, respectful and customer focused.
