From start finish everything went perfectly. I would recommend Homestead Road to everyone. There is couple of things to know. They said they would do repairs on the house before putting up for sale. They only cleaned out the property, put it up for sale and didn't do any of the repairs they said they would do. Also, my neighbors told me the lawn has not been cut and they never seen the grass that long before.
