Every home we buy gets renovated and returned to the block as a place a family is proud to own. Watch it happen, month by month.
Every ZIP has its own page you can share with your neighbors.

Homes renewed are houses we bought directly from Minnesota homeowners, renovated, and re-sold to a new owner. A home counts in the month its sale closed.
Committed to renovations is the renovation budget approved for each home, most of it paid to local trades — plumbers, electricians, roofers, painters. It is not our profit, which is not shown anywhere on this page.
Value restored is what the renovated home was worth at re-sale minus what we paid for it. It includes our renovation investment and market movement while we owned it.
Our records start in 2021, so this map shows a slice of the 3,000+ homes we have bought since 2007. For areas with fewer than 3 homes we show the count but not the dollars, so no single sale can be read off the page. Updated 2026-09-08. How the process works →
