He brings extensive leadership experience across real estate, technology, and business strategy, including leading Opendoor’s Central U.S. region with full P&L responsibility across 15 markets, founding a real estate technology startup, and leading marketing for Pulte Homes nationwide. A licensed real estate broker, Jim combines entrepreneurial vision with operating experience to identify growth opportunities and develop new business models, services, and strategic partnerships that expand how Homestead Road serves homeowners.

His work includes developing solutions for homeowners navigating major life transitions, particularly older adults and their families balancing lifestyle preferences, housing needs, and the financial and practical considerations of remaining in the family home, downsizing, or moving to senior living.
