Homestead Road, one of America’s fastest growing privately-owned real estate companies, is hiring a Transaction Coordinator in their St. Louis Park, Minnesota office. The Transaction Coordinator supports the sales department and ensures the purchase and sales transactions progress smoothly. They review approved deals, as well as monitor and guide each step in the process including contacting banks, title companies, sellers and inspectors.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Process all purchase and sale files in a timely manner
  • Ensure purchase and sale forms are updated
  • Complete timely closings
  • Responsible for all of the backend communication for inspections, insurance, title companies and banks
  • Apply property knowledge to effectively communicate updated information to customers
  • Exceptional and professional communication throughout the process
  • Oversees project timelines
  • Outstanding Internal / External Customer satisfaction standards
  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Fully engaged and thoroughly communicates with sales team daily
  • Convey the brand promise “Feel the Joy” experience each step of the way to ensure a simple, stress free, trustworthy, straightforward, caring and personalized service

Education, Qualifications and Experience desired:

  • 1-2 years of experience in real estate transaction experience or equivalent project management/coordination
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop positive and collaborative working relationships
  • Demonstrated organizational and coordination skills as well as a high attention to detail
  • Proven track record for customer responsiveness and speed of execution with accuracy to close business
